I love being on-site. I genuinely enjoy working events, chatting with guests, and watching people light up when they see the tricycle roll in. Don’t be surprised if I ask whether you’re watching The Traitors or if I end up talking flavor pairings with your aunt for ten minutes.

My goal is simple: make it seamless, make it memorable, and make it fun - without adding stress to your plate.

We roll all over the Pinellas Peninsula and throughout Tampa Bay. Travel within Pinellas County is included in our packages. Heading somewhere a little farther? Just ask - we love a good road trip!

If you’ve got a date, don’t wait. Spring and fall weddings especially fill up fast. We recommend 12-8 weeks in advance when possible - sooner if you want your first-choice date locked in.

Simple. A signed agreement and a deposit officially put your date on our calendar. After that? You’re booked, and we start planning something sweet.

The tricycle doesn’t mind a little drama, but we do require a covered backup plan for outdoor events. Tents, patios, indoor spaces - we’ll make it work seamlessly.

Nope. No cords. No outlets. No stress. Everything stays perfectly frozen with dry ice and insulated storage, which means we can set up almost anywhere.

Yes. Fully insured and venue-ready. We’re happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance upon request.
